I am building a purpose built device. It will be an 18V Electronic Device with a 12v-18v Hobby Motor. I am using a Potentiometer to control the SPEED; but I need something to automate the motor so it alternates between ON and OFF in 3-5 second intervals...ON for 3-5 Secs....OFF for 3-5 Secs....repeatedly until system is turned OFF by switch.
A Variable Time Controller would be ideal, so I can adjust for longer or shorter intervals. Also, building on the CHEAP....would prefer componants that are available at Radio Shack.
