Use Digikey's parametric web search to help you find comparable parts, even if you don't buy from Digikey it's very useful. I spent a couple minutes looking and, found a 50RIA120 from Vishay that could suit your needs plus a little more, you'll have to verify mechanical compatibility though.
I took a stab at this, too. Found a .pdf for the 41RIA120 - https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2011/11/41-51ria.pdf
- but I can't find anywhere on there that says which end is which. Looks like Ruttonsha didn't bother to tell us if the stud is the anode or cathode, and I've seen them done both ways.
