I have a MCU circuit linked to 5V relays- when the last relay switches off it sometimes resets the MCU, which I currently have on a breadboard. I have inserted SOME aluminum sheets to block it and it does help shield from AC wires but I have not done it completely yet- Is this the issue - I have hear that breadboards act weird sometimes- all other components are on PCBs- relays linked through transistors and standard diodes preventing back currents. Relays not connected to AC output switch on and off all day.
thanks for any ideas.

If I understand you correctly it is an AC circuit that is giving you the problem? That circuit may need what is called a snubber across the contacts. You might post your schematic so we can see the whole picture.
