In relation to a p-n junction question.
If you have a source voltage of 10V with one p-n junction and a resistor of 1.5kΩ what would the current be?
I know that in reverse bias mode the voltage is 0v with a minuscule amount of current through the p=n junction but I’m not sure how to calculate it.(ohms law)
The Diode has junction potential of 0.7V
With a 10V input do you divide by -10 (breakdown voltage) or -30v , - 40v , -50v as the resistor would also be 0v????
