opamp simulation correct?

I am running this sim on the LM324 but im only powering it with 5V , but note the voltage across my resistors -4.9V and 9.9V? is that right?

No. Congratulations, you've managed to find a bug in the simulator. I've noticed this problem myself in Electronic Workbench. When the simulated potentiometer is in the 100% position it can give odd results. If you put it at 99% or less, the results should look correct.
