noise with dsPIC30F6010A Noise

I am using dspic30f 6010A motor control development board for pmbldc motor control. Before connecting current and voltage sensors to motor control development board, signals are very good. But after connecting them to processor noise is coming.
what could be the problem??
How to eliminate it??
