If I want to add a resonator to the class E amp. to make it into an oscillator, where should I connect the resonator circuit to the class e circuit and which type of resonator should I use (series, parallel, lumped)??

You should look at oscillator circuits, rather than trying to bodge an amplifier to oscillate!.
