Anyone here has a pspice/simetrix model of lm336-5.0 and lm3999?

I searched but I can't find anything.

Thanks!!!

References like these can be simulated using simple voltage sources, there is no usefulness in creating a model.

To what ends? As a reference the IC will be better... This is a given, if you can't qualify the acceptable error rate to start with you have nothing to compare them with...

The main differences are the voltage temperature coefficient and the dynamic impedance (regulation) which can be found in the respective data sheets for the zener and the reference ICs. The reference ICs will be much better in both categories.
