Is this transformer possible to obtain?

Hi guys,
Recently I have found a transformer in ebay. The seller sends it only to USA and Canada (I live in Europe).

I'm trying to buy it in the net but I cannot find any transformer like that. The output is 3500V 8mA 60Hz. I would like to find that transformer or other with similar characteristics (specially low mA output).
Do you know where can I find it?

P.S. I don't want to build it.

Certain types of Negative-Ion generators are current limited to about 5-500 micro(not mili) amps. do you need more power?
heres a link if you're interested. Microwave transformers are insanely high current(>0.5 Amp) at 2KV! definately not low ma.

Microamps are better, basically I want the transformer for an electrostatic project. So, that is a very good option.

Neon Sign transformers are similar in volts/current ..

One source in UK, will give you an idea of specs etc. never used the company, just the first I happened upon ..
