Inchworm ICD2 Getting Started Trouble

Hi All
Recently purchased the Inchworm after reading the good reviews on it.
For the record, I'm making the switch from Basic to ASM and thought the
Inchworm would be a good choice. Trouble is getting started. Already have
the "Quick start guide" from Microchip, and everything is connected correctly.
ICD2 communicates, downloaded OS, checked settings for voltage. It just
seems to be the files MicroChip states to add to the project that causes my
errors. Added the files that should be required and attempt to "Build" only to
receive errors despite everything I try. My device settings appear correct.
Just will not "Bulid". If it helps any I'm working with the 16F88

Like I mentioned before, I'm following the Quick Start Guide(which isn't really
that quick).

Please point me in the right direction. Also would like to hear how some of
your first attempts went when using ASM with or without ICD2. Just put
a perspective on this.

Thanks in advance
Gordon
