High pass filter to grab Arduino serial data from 60hz power transformer line and NOT 60hz sine wave

You can wire everything up with magnet wire 30-40AWG and melt thru the varnish with solder, then attach, but use a ground plane to mount everything unless you like changing signal levels with one hand on the board or if the wind blows.

Then make it tiny but neat and use NP0 /COG for RF caps.
