guys could u all out there help me to specified much more clearly on what kind of microcontroller and relay that are use in this circuit?

Any microcontroller will work, the relay is a 5V coil.

He's asked the same question on Electronics Lab and probably everywhere else.

I don't know why on earth he's using a discrete comparator IC when he could just buy a micro-controller with built-in comparators.

The LED is upside-down so it won't work.
The comparator outputs do not have pullup resistors so they also won't work.
