hi..

is this (picture) will works..?

what signal should i put to ALE, START, EOC, OE ? 5v signal?

should i put resistors between ADC and LED ? 10K ?

and how to get direct output to the LED
while i give voltage input from variable resistor without changing ALE, START, EOC, OE ?
(when i turn the variable reistor, the LED changing automaticly)
connect OE with ALE? and START with EOC?

thanks..

sorry about my english =)

Which ADC is that ?
I wouldent connect your LEDs up that way. you should limit the current with some resistance..

change your led's to at least 200 ohms per output line..
your clock frequency is a little high , it is within spec . but if you divide it by half with a flip flop you might be better off..
1) output enable you can tie that high ( in your case)
2) EOC is suppose to tell a uP when conversion is done but in your case , you can use a one shot ( or similiar device ) to send a signal from EOC to START and ALE..
