Faulty UPS APC 650Va

I have 1 UPS APC 650Va which had been operating well but following power fluctuation. The UPS started acting strangely, when you switch it on the Green LED never turns on though the power from mains is on. When you press the Test Button the Green LED Lights on and the UPS works for few minutes and then goes of with alarm as if is has been disconnected from the main.

I have changed the battery but the problem continues.

Any one have idea what component might have been damaged with that power fluctuation. Need Help.

Try replacing the battery.
