direct interface with mosfet

Is there a way that I could interface this circuit directly and eliminate the relay on this circuit?

Depends entirely on what load you expect the decoder to drive. Voltage? Current? Inductive?
 
Does it need to be isolated like a telephone switchpad? or can it share a common ground. What voltages? YOu can use CMOS T gates with many phones.
