Recently came across a "PC SYNC PORT" with pin-outs of GND RT TX EN RST i tried googling but cannot find out how to communicate with this port or what exactly the EN stands for in the pin-array. the closest pin-out i could find is a serial connection, am i on the right track? how would i communicate with this port? serial or parallel on the computer? or should i try to connect via usb with a virtual serial port:confused:

Input would be great, ill try to get pictures and a VOM reading tomorrow
