How to design a cascode amplifier using BJTs for a particular bandwidth say 6 MHz. The upper cut off freq is determined by the inter junction capacitance and we cant change it for higher values . Then how can i design it for higher frequencies? We usually obtain a freq of about ony 1 MHz.

I don't really see how you can design a cascode amplifier to have such a low frequency response? - a simple single transistor would easily do much better than that!.
