boat motor

I with to put a motor on an infllatable boat. as it is all ruber it cannot be of the type that goes in the water but in the air like a propeller. I am aware that the faster is runs the smaller the propeller can be. the boat takes 220 Kg (440 lbs). what power motor do I need and what size prop ?
