I need a cristal oscillator circuit
(Something based on 74HC00 or 74HC04 or similar ones)
that can produce a 30MHZ clock
oscillation.Can everybody help me to
find one on the web?

Why not just use an TTL out 5v oscillator. 30MHz is available and not uncommon.

If you look at the propagation delay of a 74HC00 I'm not sure you can get them to work at 30 Mhz.
