is it ok ? AT90S2313 = ATTINY2313 - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

i want to make programmer for AVR series from ATMEL.
But for that a master CHIP is required to programmed which is AT90S2313].
In local market this chip is not available, but chip ATTINY2313 is available
i buy that one blindly , in a hope that both are same.
After reading datasheet of both i am not conform that these two are same.

i have a programmer which is not shown the such name/part no in its support list.

CAN any one conform both are same or not [ in view of programming ]?

Take a look at the following document. One can certainly use Tiny2313 as a AT90S2313 replacement after setting up the correct fuses.
