Lol, How do I draw a blank board? Like the outline?

Use the wire command and set the layer to dimension and the width to zero.

if you're going to do the board yourself, 0 is fine. if you're going to have a board house do it, use their guideline for minimum line width (usually 6 - 10 mils).
