Yenka.

Hi Guys, anybody know what's happened to Yenka. Have used it for a number of years, have it installed on my computer, but now it's asking me to re-activate my home licence.. When I do this I get the message " unable to connect to the Yenka server '.
Anybody out there who has any idea how to obtain a licence?

I have the latest version, but when I try to get a new licence, I get this message:

Did you fill out the form for the updated home licence on the page I linked?

I've just tried getting it via that & it's worked perfectly, giving me a home licence. I have never used it before and I'm just going to uninstall it again.

If you have done that, then it's something odd with their system, by the look of it. All you can really do is contact their tech support, unfortunately.

Or, is it a network problem - or are you in a country where they do not allow licencing?

You could try via mobile hotspot or a public wifi point?

Problem solved :). Tried the Yenka site on my mobile this morning & spotted that there was a hyperlink in this line:- ' Hobbyists who have previously been using Yenka at home for non-commercial purposes can fill out our short form to access our home-use version.'
On my mobile the hyperlink showed up as bright green, on my computer it was that dark a shade of green that it looked black! So never spotted the hyperlink!!
Thanks for your help.
