Xilinix XC9572 how to programming

Dear ,

I want to program to Xilinx xc9572. Bought altera blaster and use the impact program to connect the xc9572. but got warning message: WARNING:iMPACT:923 - Can not find cable, check cable setup

Could anyone tell me how to get rid of this warning message?
