Would this be the correct capacitor

This is from a plug that charges a torch. One of the capacitors has blown (see images)
As far as I can make out the blown one is CBB22 400v 224J ,would this be correct? As I need to order a replacement.
The others are:
CBB22 664J 400v
CBB22 474J 400v
CBB28 125 OV 5623

Yes, 0.22uF
