Worth keeping Infineon C167CR 16 bit?

I have a load of unused old infineon C167CR 16 bit micros. I have never used Infineon before and unlikely to use these, are they worth bothering with or just chuck? I am trying to sort through the huge amount of old components here from when my dad had the NOS business for components, some are not worth keeping like the boxs of a certain OPamp we dont mention on this forum :D. Mouser has them for £18 but no stock, I doubt anyone uses these now
