Hi all,

we are doing a small project at the uni and we have come across some technical difficulties. What we want to do is to transmit a signal wireless. It's an area about 100m radius. So what the transmitter should do is to transmit just a single signal when ever it is given a pulse. And the receiver should grab the signal and do some work (like lighting a LED) accordingly.

So can anyone here please help me with designing the transmitter and receiver, they both should be small in size and the transmitter should consume low power as we are going to power it with 3 1.5V lithium coin cells.
