Do I have a daily limit?

That will tell you where you are on your upload limit. If you click the link for the "User Attachment Control Panel", you can delete some of the old attachments that you've posted.

My Limit was 200MB and I was at more than 98% of it. I deleted a lot of old stuff and now I am at only 2% of my limit. If anyone wants to see an old post of mine, too bad.
