What the use of FFT (fast fourier transform than simple fouriers...??

I don't understand how FFT is better than simple DTFT or DFT...??
please, explain....

As the name implies, the calculations for an FFT are easier and faster for a computer to calculate then a DTFT or DFT.

FFT algorithms are used in computers. The computer cannot keep doing individual calculations each again and again. Moreover, as the name says - Algorithm simplify complex things.
And also the Number of storage register required is also reduced because of the use of FFT. It also reduces computation Time.

I suggest you to 'Google' it before posting any thread here, because Google do answer sometimes.
