i am new here and gaining experience on your ideas about different circuits. please temme about voltage doubler circuit?

As suggested, search engines will find everything you need to know, but essentially it's a charge pump rectifer, it can be extended to more than double, then it's called a 'Walton-Cockcroft multiplier' or a 'Cockcroft-Walton multiplier', depending where you come from!.

Oh and so there will be no mistake you need to input fulwave AC for it to work.

Works perfectly on outputs of mains transformers.

I have seen many half-wave doubler circuits.
There a numerous voltage pump IC's as well as many switching
supplies that will mutiply the a DC voltage.

Except they work by generating an AC voltage to feed the multiplier!.
