The triangle simply means it's an amplifier. I am guessing it is a modulating amplifier (for a transmitter) where the modulated frequency is introduced to the carrier frequency.
 
or an error amplifier inside a switch mode psu controller. Can you post the whole thing? Even in electronics without the context you can just keep guessing until the cows come home.
 
Also, check the whole drawing to look for "mod" as a footnote or other text explanation.
