Hi. Someone gave me one of these 1MV 'pulse inverter' 3 to 7 VDC in, painful Vout.

What would you build with it ?

It's a stun gun module. Build a STUN-GUN.

I believe they are produced as gas igniters - at 1.5V they sound exactly like the ignition system in my gas hob.
