what can be done with an old bios chip?

i have a 32 pin winbond w29c020-90 bios chip. can such a chip be used in a project for storing data, or a simple program? has anybody done this before? it's data sheet is rather detailed, and the chip can be reprogrammed,write protected, uses minimal power.
just curious if any body has ever done anything cool with them?
