Webserver with PIC help

I would like to make an Ethernet web server with Pic 18F67J60. Circuit diagram I found in the datasheet. Can anyone explain how to program my pic and set over TCP IP Stack. Please step by step so I understand it because I'm a beginner.i usee mikrobasic.
This PIC is suitable for my project?
