Want to disconnect a fan when battery low

I have a solar-power supply charging a 12 volt lead acid battery. The battery powers a fan through a thermostat. On cloudy days, the fan comes on and drains the battery. I want to disconnect the supply to the fan when the battery falls below about 11 volts, and reconnect it at 12 volts. Any ideas of how to do this simply ? Thanks
