rajbex I would be curious to have you add a 1/100ths place to the display and check to see if the PIC and volt meter track together. I expect they may not agree but should keep the same difference between them.
Here are the results. The two meters give close values at lower voltages. The difference is big while measuring higher end voltages. My guess is
1. Resistors value changed because of getting heated at high voltage; that changes the input voltage,
2. Approximation errors are larger in magnitudes (not in %) at higher end of measurements.
