Voice Recordable, Discrete input Playback

I am trying to find out if there is a circuit on the market and/or that can be built that will allow me to record several 10 to 15 second audio segments that can be played back selectively using discrete inputs (dry contact closures).

yes a company called isd make recorder chips that can acomplish this with a minimum of components. there is a schematic on the datasheet also
