VISIONEER SCANNER

I HAVE A VISIONEER 8600 SCANNER AND THE MOTOR DOSEN'T
RUN . ANY IDEAS ABOUT WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

Did it ever work? Is it under warranty? If it did work and is not under warranty, open it up and see if there is anything obvious, like something burned or broken. If there is nothing to see, heave it and buy another.
