Vishay Capacitors

Hello,
I have downloaded the spec for 2222 470 66103 and 2222 470 86104.
However, there are no indication of the frequency. Pls email me the information for the frequency range.
By the way, do you sell any capacitor of value of 0.01UF,400V and 0.1UF 100V. The frequency range must be 10Khz and above.

Those numbers don't mean anything to me, what is it, specifically? Certainly Vishay sells "any" capacitor, what specifically do you want?
