vb mscomm component load error!

hi,
i am using xp with visual basic 6Enterprise Edition. but when i want to use mscomm component i can make it visible but cannot insert it to a form and a error message saying that:"u dont have licesence to use this component".
isuspected form vb6enterprise edition and erased to load vb5professional but i am really expecting the same problems :cry: :cry:
please help
