variable negative power supply 0v - (-160v) schematic needed

hi. i have an 120volt transformer and i would like to construct a negative power supply 0v - (-160v) variable / 100mA max. the load current will be 2-20mA. do you have any schematic with regulator, irf mosfet or something else? thank u very much.
