valve guitar distions pendal

Im making a small miniature tube guitar distortion pedal. Im using a Raytheon jan 6418. MY question is what size should the grid 2 resistor be? here is the data sheet **broken link removed**
my circuit has one single resistor on the plate no bias (uses space charge to bias)
1M on the input and input output capacitors with a 0.1uf cap on grid2 to ground uses a 1.5v battery for filiment
