hey guys,

do U know a way to input data from an outside circuit ( 0 volt < input < 5 volts ) through USB to a PC without the use of an intermediate device ( like NI insruments' DAQ, for example), a circuit perhaps??

thx

Don't think that's possible.

You need a device but it does not have to be expensive. The USB Bit Whacker in my signature is a preprogrammed PIC that can do analog input to USB.

Ready made units can be purchased from Sparkfun.com
