Ultrasonic RX/TX and Radio Frequency RX/TX

Where could I buy an ultrasonic receiver/transmitter and a radio frequency receiver/transmitter that is very reliable and not expensive. By the way, I'm from the philippines. How many days will it take in order for me to receive the goods?

you can buy RF modules in Manila, Phils, I am using ASK modulated RF module that operates in 280-434 MHz band with data rate of 4.8kbps, sensitivity is 103dbm that works fine at 50 meter range in 1/4 wavelength antenna.
