Hi people! In the attached file, you can see a classic circuit for the U2270. I have the generation but not receiving data. What's wrong?

Yes i do. But then was another problem with decoding and i resolve it too.
If you want i can show you live project.

The output of my U2270 does change at all, and I can't really see the problem there, I am starting to think that my U2270 is damaged...

Please let me know what you have done to solve this.

I just added a 4.7kOhm resistor between output and power, and began to receive data. You can pull up microcontrollers input pin to power bus in source code.
