do you know where I can find this type of cable? How is it called?

It's called Flat Flex Cable or FFC.

The kind shown is fitted with pins on each end for a soldered connection. It's also available with exposed copper on one side of the end to use a socket for connections.

I seen it called flexible pcb by a couple of manufacturers.
You could if time isnt a problem replace a length with individual wires.

Yes, probably I will do it like that, even the board is damaged I guess, or MPPE-PE as Ian said.
