tuning VCO

hi friends
i am wrok with ths VCO POS1060 i am unable to tune it i am applying 10 Vcc and 20V tune and anthing is coming out from VCO what is wrong

am i tuning it wrong ?

and all GDN pin showing interconneded so i just GDN pin 7 and other pin,s show GDN too ( do i still dont to GDN them )

make DEFINATELY sure that you have everything connected right

what important thsi mA for any VCO .
