Transistor Equivalent

Hi everyone
I have a battery operated pendulum clock - the clock is working but the pendulum is not. Opened it up and found that a very small transistor was lying in the bottom of the case. As far as I can see the description reads: C3199 GR-7D.

Can anyone give me specs on this so that I can hopefully find a replacement??

Many thanks
Alf

Stick '2S' on the front, Japanese transistors leave off the leading '2S' as everyone knows it's there.

Thanks Nigel. Have checked the two major electronics stores here and the number we have does not come up. It seems we need the specs to be able to come up with an alternative.

hi,
Look at this, very poor quality pdf, but it gives transistor parameters.
