seeker New Member Aug 4, 2003 #3 Hi subzero, I found this : https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2003/08/AN-3006-1.pdf (figure 3) It appears to be a small-signal, NPN general purpose transistor such as 2N3904 as it's used in that circuit. Hope this helps
