The pictures show a switch-mode transformer, these rarely go faulty, the electronics failing is more likely (and if the transformer has failed, it's likely taken the electronics with it).
Switch-mode transformers are pretty well always custom made, so even if it was faulty you would need to source one from the manufacturer, who almost certainly wouldn't supply individual components.
What evidence do you have that makes you think that the transformer is the faulty component on the board ?
I agree with Nigel that the transformer in a switch mode power supplies rarely fail.
Re reading your post, are you trying to find a repacement for the complete printed circuit board or just the transformer ?
