Pls is there anyone who has a clue on wats wrong
I doubt it, since you haven't given us any clue as to what the damage is, what your test setup is or how/what you are testing. :confused:

You did provide a link to the "board" (Chinese or American?) and did not say what problem you have.
The Texas Instruments datasheet for the TPA3110D2 says that when 4 ohm speakers are used with a supply that is higher than 12V then an additional heatsink is needed. Your 16.8V supply and without a heatsink probably fried the IC.
